For questions, bug reports, purchase help, feature requests, or assistance using Mochi Money, email our support team.

Please include your device model, OS version, Mochi Money app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords or sensitive financial records unless they are necessary for troubleshooting.

Common Help

Transactions and budgets: Track income, expenses, transfers, accounts, categories, and budgets directly on your device.

Import and backup: Import supported files through the system picker. Keep encrypted-backup passwords safe because Mochi Money cannot recover them.

Lifetime purchase: If your platform offers Mochi Money Lifetime and an entitlement is not showing, use Restore Purchase while signed in to the same app-store account used for the purchase.

Privacy: Mochi Money is local-first and does not require a Mochi Money account for core functionality. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
